James Hughes – Owner 

James Hughes is the proud father to his 2-year-old daughter Parker Hughes and is a devoted Real Estate investor. His passion for real estate & love for his daughter is what prompted him to create his real estate company “Park Place Investing”.

James is an active investor with over 5 years of real estate investing where he has helped purchase, sell & manage over $5M worth of transactions.

James prides himself on doing business with integrity & holding himself to the highest standard. In a business that is built off word of mouth and your actions, James understands that he is only as good as his reputation. As an accomplished Real Estate Investor, he is looking to continue to grow his portfolio to serve the communities he is based in. Furthermore, he is focused on bringing value to his partners and most importantly the residents he provides housing for.

Paul Hassebroek – Senior Advisor

Paul Hassebroek founded Six Four in 2019 after a successful career in the financial advisory and family office field. During the past 10 years, Paul has been through due diligence on dozens of private equity and real estate projects and successfully fundraised $27,000,000 from investors to acquire or build 820 units valued at over $85,000,000 of projects.

Paul’s personal mission statement is to be a “catalyst for growth.” A natural networker and people connecter, Paul loves helping investors identify real estate investments that help them achieve their goals.

Paul’s a highly accomplished, results-driven asset manager with over 15 years of experience in real estate, finance, and operations. He has strong qualifications in developing and implementing financial controls and processes in addition to productivity improvements and change management.
